Council aims to resolve this application within 5 business days. Council will issue a decision notice following completion of assessment.
If at any point this form does not allow you to continue, this indicates that your application has been found to not meet the requirements for a Fast Track application. It will therefore be subject to the standards, timeframes and procedures under the Development Assessment Rules and can be lodged by email to developmentassessment@townsville.qld.gov.au or via our online Development Application Lodgement form.
