Overview

An as constructed drainage plan details the sanitary drainage from Council's sewer connection to the dwelling. They typically show connections to areas like the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet, along with measurements and depths of the drainage system as installed. The plans do not include information for other services such as stormwater drainage and water services plans.

Fees and charges apply for the search of Council records and must be paid before an officer can commence a search for the plan. Fees are non-refundable if an as constructed plan is unavailable; please consult Council’s schedule of fees and charges for details. If an as constructed drainage plan is unavailable, Council will endeavour to provide alternative information, such as design plans, stamped approved plans, or inspector's mark-ups, to assist you.

Please note that plans supplied are sourced exclusively from Council records and do not include any information on notifiable or illegal works that may have been undertaken on the property.
