This form is to only be used for the notification of permanent disconnection or installation of pedestal/s (toilet/s).
The purpose of this form is to advise Townsville City Council when pedestals are permanently installed or permanently disconnected from an existing commercial property. As Council's utility charges are calculated in part on the number of pedestals on a property, removing or adding pedestals will have an impact on the utility charges payable by the property owner.
The installation of pedestals must be carried out under a Form 1 or as notifiable works, as appropriate. The disconnection of pedestals must be carried out under a Form 1, or as notifiable works or as minor works as appropriate. Please discuss these matters with your plumber.
This form is not to be used if the work has been carried out under a Form 1 process.
The owner of the property is responsible for completing this form.
