Plans and certificates that may be supplied are from Council’s records only and do not include any notifiable or illegal works which may have been carried out on the property. If the requested documents are available for the property, charges will apply for documents supplied. Please refer to Fees and Charges for applicable fees.

Copies of Electronic Plumbing Records (each)

Documents available under this search are:

  • Form 17 – Permit for Plumbing, Drainage and On-Site Sewerage Works
  • Form 18A – Inspection Certificate
  • Form 18B – Inspection Certificate For for Use
  • Form 19 – Final Inspection Certificate.

There is a minimum turnaround of 2 full business days.

Copies of Plumbing and Drainage Records

Includes copies of as-constructed plans, permits, inspection certificates and final inspection certificates.

There is a minimum turnaround of 10 full business days.

Copies of Plumbing and Drainage Records and Inspectors Report

Includes copies of all plumbing records, plus a copy of pre-treatment device and backflow registers (if applicable) and electronic inspectors report.

Copies of Property Pre-Treatment Device Register (each register)

Documents available under this request are backflow register or trade waste registered devices.
